Meet Inez Grant

Inez Grant, a graduate of Brenau University in Gainesville, GA and Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School has built a legal career defined by service, adaptability, and full-circle success. Shortly after earning her J.D. and passing the bar, Grant began her career in public service at the Hall County Solicitor’s Office, where she gained hands-on trial experience.

That foundation not only supported her early growth as a prosecutor, but also gave her the confidence to eventually open her own private practice, where she handled both civil and criminal matters.

After leaving prosecution to focus on her family, she launched a private practice in Hall County where she worked in domestic litigation, criminal defense, immigration law, and juvenile matters. She also serves as Solicitor for the City Courts of Gainesville and Oakwood, contributed to the State Bar’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, and has mentored students through mock trial coaching and currently with the Brenau University Conflict Resolution and Legal Studies Advisory Board.
